Development Reports
Church Developments
In 1995 we started a set of major developments within the Church building which lasted until 2002. Details of this work may be found here.
Church Hall Developments
Work has recently been completed in a series of improvements to the Church Hall, bringing it up to standard with regard to the present Disability Act requirements.
This involved the following:
- provision ot automatic sliding doors at the main entrance
- provision of disabled access to the upstairs Community Hall
- improvements to downstairs toilet facilities
- construction of an upstairs toilet facility
- provision of disabled access ramps to side emergency exits
Church Organ
The present church organ began its life at the George Cadbury Hall in Birmingham in 1927, before being brought to Earlsdon in 1970. It is now about 78 years old and in need of refurbishment which will hopefully give it another 75+ years of life.
Fundraising is taking place for this work, including through our concert series.
